Projet : restructuration et rénovation énergétique du théâtre

Restructuration et rénovation énergétique du théâtre municipale avec création d’une salle de spectacle de 400 m2 incluant un plateau technique et scénique de 180 m2. La capacité des locaux est de 1 080 places debout, 480 places assises.

Prestations techniques :

Mise en place d’un centrale de traitement d’air double flux, chauffage et rafraichissement par PAC Air/Eau avec cascade sur une chaudière gaz. Réalisation des études de désenfumage mécanique, mise en place d’un RIA. Prestations électricité avec éclairage scénique, régie technique et mise en valeur du bâtiment.
